Layers decided...
Layers were reduced today to 4 tops (including jacket) and 2 pants. Typically 5 and 3. The high is 60 today and hope the rain stays away.
It's Opening Day!
Grabbing breakfast at Clarke's. It is 57 and rained this morning. Supposed to clear off for first pitch at 1:20pm against the Brewers.

A relaxing day...
Today has been relaxing playing cribbage and ping pong, running to the Post Office and grabbing Subway lunch. More cribbage and looking at Joe's wedding slide show he made for us... Now College Game Day to gear up for the Final Four tonight.

Bedtime is calling...
Long afternoon just chilling at the house in Naperville. Watched my home video of the cow feeding and house tour, Gini made some delicious pasta, and now watching the Bulls vs. Magic. It is going to be an early night.
Another day tomorrow in the suburbs before we head to Wrigleyville after church on Sunday.

... after a lunch at Culver's, cookie stop at Whole Foods, we stopped by the office to get a bank deposit.

... Joe brought us here to pick up some overboots for the game.
Chicago! Landed safely at Midway...
Good flight. Altitude 39,000 ft with a headwind. A few minutes behind schedule.
I got my window seat and David got his aisle seat. The middle seat was unoccupied. Slept most of the way and then woke up to a boy behind me telling his mother the life stories of his imaginary friends, Victor, Jackie and Pudge...
Yeah for the gate! Off soon...
On our way to AUS...
Well it's 4:20am, and we are off to AUS for our 6:00am Southwest non-stop flight to Midway. We did get early bird check-in, so hope our seats are decent.
My dad is going to be picking us up and can't wait to see him!
